Will I receive a certification?
Upon successful completion, you’ll earn the globally recognized Advanced Certified ScrumMaster® (A-CSM®) credential from Scrum Alliance, along with a two-year paid membership, giving you access to one of the largest communities of Agile change agents in the world.
Who is this for?
Any Scrum Master, manager, or leader interested in improving their understanding of the practices, tools, and behaviours of high-performing teams. Typical participants in the program include Scrum Masters, Agile coaches, project managers, and team & tribe leads.
What will I learn?
You will master advanced Scrum Master practices, including facilitating improved conversation between teams, product owners, and stakeholders, improving engagement, scaling Agile, and addressing complex value delivery challenges. What is the training format?
Cohort-based online delivery over 6 sprints (2 weeks each), combining interactive lectures, group discussions and hands-on exercises. Expect ~6 hours of work per sprint, supported by digital collaboration tools.
I already have some knowledge, is this training too basic for me?
To be eligible for the A-CSM ® certification, you need to have experience working as a Scrum Master and hold a Certified Scrum Master (CSM ®) certification. It does not matter whether that certification is active or expired. If you do not yet have a CSM ® certification and believe you have the experience requirements to join the A-CSM ® program, contact us for a bundle discount.
