Will I receive a certification?
Yes. Upon completion, you’ll earn a Visual Facilitation Training certificate from Agilar.
Who is this for?
Anyone who facilitates or attends meetings—Scrum Masters, Agile coaches, project managers or team leads—looking to make concepts stick and sessions more engaging.
What will I learn?
You’ll discover how to visualize abstract ideas quickly; master drawing process cycles, figures, symbols and containers; apply color and shadow for emphasis; optimize your handwriting; and design visual retrospectives, agendas and teaching aids on the fly.
What is the training format?
A full 8-hour live online or in-person workshop (9:00–17:00 CET) combining demonstrations, hands-on drawing labs and group simulations.
What materials do I need?
For classroom sessions, markers and paper are provided. Online participants should have:
- 10 sheets of blank A4 paper
- A black round-nib marker
- Several colored flat-nib markers
- A grey marker
- (Optional) colored wax crayons or chalk
